- ➤ After Monday night's snow, the St. Vincent de Paul Gateway Shelter for Women and Families saw a slight rise in guests with about 200 people using its 231 beds each night. - ➤ Shearer’s Foods began producing tortilla chips today at its new $106 million facility at 4100 Springboro Pike—its 17th site in a former GM paint shop that now drives local production. The company said corn chip production will start in January, potato chip production in February, and an automation line will go live in March—adding over 250 jobs as the facility reaches full operation by May.
