- ➤ A group of Vandalia residents filed a joint motion to intervene as party-defendants in a court appeal after the council rejected plans for an 87-townhome project on an 11.36 acre site at 3330 Mulberry Road. - ➤ Public Health Dayton and Montgomery County reported a slight rise in HIV cases in Region 9 in 2024, with 107 new infections and Montgomery County accounting for 65% of them—officials urged residents to talk to their partners and use free testing at nine local sites.
