- ➤ Dutch Bros Coffee got approval Tuesday night from the Fairborn Planning Board to build its second Miami Valley drive-thru location at 220 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road. The project, planned as a 24-hour service, will be reviewed at a city council public hearing on Oct. 20 at 6 p.m.—a step to boost local commerce. Dayton Daily News
