GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that state regulators erred in letting AES Ohio keep $61 million in overearnings from 2019 and 2020 and sent the case back to the Public Utilities Commission for a new review. - ➤ The West Dayton Hospital initiative will appear on the November ballot after the Dayton City Commission approved a resolution following a petition that gathered nearly 1,500 signatures led by the Clergy Community Coalition — the commission will now forward the matter to the county Board of Elections for placement on the ballot by November 4.
