- ➤ Hartford Bakery Inc. voluntarily recalled six lots of Lewis Bake Shop Artisan Style 1/2 Loaf sold at Kroger and Walmart in 12 states, including Ohio, after inspectors found undeclared hazelnuts in approximately 883 loaves—customers with nut allergies are urged to return the products for a full refund. - ➤ In mid-June, Judge Jaiza Page ruled Ohio’s EdChoice voucher program unconstitutional—yet issued an immediate stay so vouchers will remain available for the 2025-26 school year.
