- ➤ Michael Fabian was sentenced to three years in prison for three arson charges tied to a June fire on E. Fourth Street that destroyed a building, led to evacuations, and left a firefighter with minor burns—he must report annually after serving his sentence. WDTN
- ➤ A 23-year-old male died after colliding with a truck on Thursday night—at 10:31 p.m. on Paragon Road north of Miamisburg-Centerville Road—with speed believed to be a factor, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. WDTN
- ➤ A teenager is set to be arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for a Dayton shooting last year in which he reportedly forced his way into an apartment on Stewart Street over money and used a handgun—resulting in the death of 29-year-old De’ja Powers and the fatal injuries to 24-year-old Antwan McCathron.
