- ➤ The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority offered free rides on Thursday for Juneteenth events and sent its June bus as a cooling station to a free concert at Fraze Pavillion in Lincoln Park Civic Commons in Kettering from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.—attendees could cool off amid rising temperatures.
