  • Lisa Santucci celebrated 10 years as director of the Tipp City Public Library by expanding services through a tool borrowing program and Bring Your Own Device appointments.   • Bill Gates attended Dayton History’s ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, May 30 for the Mark and Paula Hurd NCR Archive Center, which will house corporate records, blueprints, and scrapbooks (300+ items) that show NCR’s local past.
