James Gilbert Loterbaugh, an Ohio native who served on an M4 Sherman tank in 1944, will be laid to rest with full military honors at Dayton National Cemetery after DNA and anthropological tests confirmed his identity — a public visitation is set from 4 to 6 p.m. on June 2 at Routsong Funeral Home in Kettering and a private service will follow on June 3.
