- ➤ A grand jury indicted 62-year-old Anthony W. Perkins on two counts each of murder and felonious assault plus one count of criminal damaging after he allegedly stabbed Ronnie Kyle Wells, Jr. nearly a dozen times at Golden Villa apartments on April 20th—he is scheduled for arraignment on Thursday and is held on a $1 million bond. - ➤ Montgomery County Commissioners approved a levy to renew funds for Human Services that will appear on the November ballot—voters will not face increased expenses for essential services. The county also approved an extra $9 million for the Board of Developmental Disabilities Services to further support community programs. WDTN
- ➤ The old Montgomery County Courthouse is being turned into a museum called Dayton Around the World for the upcoming NATO Parliamentary Assembly — the exhibit will show historic documents, photos, aviation artifacts, and fossils.
