West Carrollton School District will host open houses on May 6 and May 13 to let teachers and students say goodbye to Harold Schnell and Harry Russell elementary schools before demolition starts in June.

The new elementary school will open in August while a varsity baseball field will be built on the Schnell site, and a new middle/high school will open in 2026-27—costs funded 81% by the state and 19% by the community.
