- ➤ Dayton police charged Anthony Weldon Perkins, age 62, after he fatally stabbed Ronnie Wells, age 52, near Golden Villa apartments on Sunday—Perkins faces two counts each of murder and felonious assault and one count of criminal damaging as he awaits arraignment in municipal court Wednesday.
