- ➤ A coroner identified a man who died after being hit by a truck and then by another car on April 14th, as a 911 caller said the truck ran him over and the car did not see him. WHIO-TV
- ➤ A car crashed at the intersection of Marshall Road and Wilmington Pike just before 7 a.m. on Monday morning in Kettering — the driver swerved to avoid an animal, causing a light pole to topple and the vehicle to rest on a sidewalk with no injuries reported. WDTN

- ➤ A Dayton man, Exco Tremarsean Kennedy, 46, was found guilty in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court of two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault tied to the July 7th stabbing death of Randall Middletwon—he also pleaded guilty to a drug charge and now awaits sentencing. - ➤ Today, a court martial for former Wright-Patterson commander Meeker begins at Wright-Patterson as he faces charges under Article 90 for willfully disobeying a superior officer and Article 134 for extramarital sexual conduct and fraternization—he waived his preliminary hearing and his trial will be conducted by a military judge after authority was transferred to Maj.
