  • Gov. DeWine confirmed that a new state behavioral health hospital will be built on the former Hara Arena site along Shiloh Springs and Wolf roads. The 285,000 sqft facility (valued at $275 million) will provide 200 beds and 500 jobs and is set to open in summer for 2030.  Dayton Daily News
