  • Montgomery County approved a three-month pilot program to improve dog transfers from the Animal Resource Center aimed at increasing adoptions and rescue placements, with Best Friends Animal Society funding partner efforts.   • Investors have entered a deal to buy AES Ohio’s parent company in a $33 billion transaction with a $15 per share cash offer.
