Centerville has joined Keep Ohio Beautiful and Keep America Beautiful, expanding its effort on litter prevention, beautification and community engagement with events including an Annual Clean Up Day, Spring Expo and Arbor Day programming.

In Beavercreek, Maronda Homes has approved a plan for 53 new homes on just over 25 acres off Grange Hall Road.

Construction will begin with 12 homes mid to late 2026 and continue with 41 more in 2027 (prices range from $450,000 to $500,000 per home).
