  • Road crews in Dayton are clearing roadways after more than 10 inches of snow from Winter Storm Fern and plan to treat residential streets later this week (workers are prioritizing highways and downtown routes).   • Bethany Village in Centerville is gradually converting part of its memory care unit into assisted living space to meet changing care needs, reducing nursing home beds from 250 to 200 (with all employee positions maintained).  Dayton Daily News
  • Brigid’s Path in Kettering is now reimbursed by Medicaid for treating newborns exposed to addictive substances after 11 years of advocacy. The nonprofit, which currently cares for six babies at a time, plans to open a second nursery in 2026 if additional funding is secured.  WYSO
