- ➤ Culture Works teams with Dayton Masonic Center to boost arts by hosting events in the 300,000 sqft historic space. The venture will feature performances in the 700-seat Templar Room & the 1,600-seat auditorium to welcome local groups and national acts. Spectrum News 1

- ➤ The Dayton Regional STEM School now holds elementary classes at its new Kettering building next to the high school. The independent public school opened the facility with new funding & will add third and fifth grades next year. Dayton Daily News
- ➤ Dayton Public Schools board voted unanimously to add eighth grade to River’s Edge Montessori on Linwood Street, allowing current seventh grade students to stay for one additional year. The decision followed a Nov. 11 presentation by staff and students that highlighted the school’s strong performance. Dayton Daily News
- ➤ Dayton Public teacher Ms. Neumann led a classroom debate on whether chocolate should be included in school lunches, where students explored its historic and current relevance.
