- ➤ The Dayton Regional STEM School now holds elementary classes at its new Kettering building next to the high school. The independent public school opened the facility with new funding & will add third and fifth grades next year. Dayton Daily News
- ➤ Dayton Public Schools board voted unanimously to add eighth grade to River’s Edge Montessori on Linwood Street, allowing current seventh grade students to stay for one additional year. - ➤ Dayton Public teacher Ms. Neumann led a classroom debate on whether chocolate should be included in school lunches, where students explored its historic and current relevance.
