- ➤ Dayton-based Luna Gifts & Botanicals is expanding to Centerville with its new store Midnight Bloom at 116 W. Franklin St., set to begin operations in March. The store will offer plant-themed classes, local vendor products, and shipping with extra offerings added during summer and fall. Dayton Daily News

- ➤ Local universities reported that over 97% of recent grads had found work or pursued further goals six months after graduation, with career fairs nearly full this spring. Recruiters are targeting nursing, health care, engineering+business, and education majors. Dayton Daily News
- ➤ Wright State senior Cienna Wallace is the first fine arts intern at Miami Valley School, working Mondays and Wednesdays with K–12 students on projects (sketchbook design, ceramics) as part of a new partnership giving art majors hands-on teaching experience. The internship expands Wright State’s experiential learning program. Wright State University
- ➤ Wright State University’s Campus Recreation Fitness Center reopened on Jan. 12 after a full renovation that installed 88 new machines + improved its lighting and flooring. The update focused on functional fitness and free weights, delighting students, faculty, staff and alumni with gift giveaways to the first 200 users. Wright State University
